Job description
Purpose: (2-3 sentences): The Operation Director of China Regional Sales, driving operational excellence, sales leadership and business insights across Provinces. Leadership of the licensing sales function and supporting the China Regional Sales GM with Provincial LT performance, engagement with cross Segments SE Leads in Beijing and building & delivering the Provincial growth plan, combining Sales excellence Lead + Licensing Director+ Business Manager role together for driving province revenue growth;

Key Accountabilities: 8-10 responsibilities, related to key processes outcomes where possible such as Opportunity Management, Pipeline Management, etc. Language should align to standard title common definition (Standard Title Dictionary) and career guide.
Deliver on the requirements of the Operation Director across Provinces - support GM, China Regional Sales in driving sales and operational performance to meet or exceed the business goals in revenue growth, compete, scorecard and CPE
Lead and develop the pillars of sales operations, business insights, sales leadership and licensing sales to support and drive the business objectives
Lead a high performing, highly motivated team
Manage Provincial business and sales operations efficiently including core processes in relationship management (RM), opportunity management (OM), Licensing Management and business management (BM)

Drive sustainable change throughout the Provinces in targeted areas
Ensure escalations are well managed both Microsoft internally and with customers and partners.
Perform a role in the Regional leadership to help set strategy by leveraging Licensing and Deal Making Expertise.
Work with stakeholders in the business - BD, Operations, LAR PAMs, VLM and others to build a Licensing Growth engine that is cohesive, resilient and optimized.
