1.Sr. Director,Corporate Branding & Communications
Location: Shen Zhen, China
Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and executing Huawei’s branding communication plans at the corporate level to support business growth and brand development.
◎ Work with the team and agency to develop and execute the integrated brand communications plan for Huawei globally
◎ Manages corporate global advertisements in a unified manner, creates and produces corporate brand advertisements, and develops plans for corporate brand advertisements
◎ Work with the Digital team to integrate the traditional communications programs into the digital efforts
◎ Work with the PR team closely to integrate the brand communications programs into PR efforts
◎ Strategically work with different BGs and regional IMC teams to develop integrated marketing communications plan to address business development strategy and priorities
◎ Drives integration of functional activities. Integrate solutions across Huawei Brand to business partners
◎ Develop and manage corporate specific communications programs, internal and external and conducted communications
◎ Collaborate with different business groups and business units, provide guidance from the corporate level

Qualifications
◎ Strong capabilities on ad creative and communication skills
◎ Capabilities and experience to integrate multi-business brands
◎ Minimum15 years of solid experience in branding and adverting in multinational environment, ideally in the high tech industries or top global adverting agencies
◎ Strong experience in integrated marketing and advertising principles, print and media coordination
◎Proven experience with current and emerging web-based marketing and communication techniques such as social media, Flash, blogging, podcasting, etc.
◎A creative and strategic thinker with excellent skills in planning, project management and communications
◎ Sound English communication skills

Responsibilities
1.Develop corporate digital marketing strategy; build the global online communication operation system; guide BGs/SBGs, regions, and relevant departments to develop digital marketing strategies; centrally manage and monitor the online communication performance cross BGs/SBGs and regions.
2.Develop corporate-level online communication channels, including corporate websites, social marketing, e-mail marketing etc. Manage projects of key digital marketing campaign at the corporate level, and is responsible for the project management quality and results.
3.Research industry-leading online communication technologies and approaches, and optimize digital marketing ecosystem at corporate level.
Industry Experiences
1.Above 10 years experience in large B2C/B2B global ICT industry with marketing or brand management skills, or more than 6 years of experience in digital marketing.
2.Digital marketing consulting business in tier 1 world class agency and B2C experience is preferred.
Professional Skills
1.Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategy planning, the methodology of online communications, tools, processes;
2.Globalized digital marketing and brand management perception; deep understanding of leading practices, along with the communications or ICT industry market understanding.
3.Planned and implemented at least 2-3 global online communication campaigns.
