PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Active Global Support has a number of productive internal business systems used by SAP worldwide. One of these systems is the Business Intelligence (BI) system, where Active Global Support has a number of productive Business Intelligence solutions for internal reporting. In this context, AGS acts like a customer using SAP's BI product. According to business needs and global strategies new business contents need to be implemented, often based on BI standard contents. In addition, existing BI contents need to be enhanced or redesigned. These productive business systems and their included processes must be supported and maintained

Desired Skills & Experience
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Analyze AGS business requirements and implement BW solutions accordingly, in
cluding data
modeling, data extraction, query building, etc.
- Implement SAP BW, BO reporting/dashboard/mobile reporting solutions.
- Develop formatted reporting both for SAP internal users and SAP external cus
tomers within
“SAP Solution Manager” platform.
- Responsible for content operation, maintenance and support to end users.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University degree in computer science or comparable education
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Hands on experience with BI
- Practical knowledge and experience of ABAP is a plus
