
Job Description
In Hangzhou, you are working on a project is a major investment bank, we provide development, maintenance, and provide advice in support of its global production and 24-hour detection system database.
For analysts, the demand we need is someone to provide:
• 24 * 7 hours support customer's production system.
• ticket logging system records and updates the work item.
• investigating, reporting and possible correction of the batch failed.

For team information;, you will be responsible for:
• As a key point of contact for customers, internal and external production support team.
• ensure that the service level required to start and implement service improvement activities.

Desired Skills & Experience
Have 2-5 years production support / application support environment experience.
