DUTIES:

The Director of Sales (DOS), under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing, is responsible for overseeing the day to day sales efforts of the sales department and the implementation of the Shangri-La sales management system, training programs, and sales activity plans set forth in the hotel’s marketing plan to achieve the budgeted revenue.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in oral and written English
Minimum 5 years in a similar position with experience and knowledge of Sales
Able to lead and motivate the team
Good communication skill
