Job description


His/her main responsibilities will be:- ensuring safety in the workshops for all employees and visitor;- to have a very efficient (cost- as well as logistic-vise) flow for our production;- to secure customer satisfaction in terms of delivery, performance and quality; - to meet organizational goals towards delivery efficiency, quality and cost;- people management and competence development;- to lead a successful team and to further develop them;- Direct production schedule requirements while effectively utilizing personnel; - Streamline all business processes with the ERP system (BPCS);- Be responsible for the stock levels on the production line;- Implement lean manufacturing technique in both assembly and logistic process;- Initiate/follow up on investments to cope with growth.In your function you will be reporting to the General Manager.

Mission:

As production manager you will be responsible for the assembly of machines of Industrial Air division.

Experience requirements:

- 3-5-year experience in manufacturing/supply chain environment;- You are expected to have a proven leadership skills;- Solid experience in lean manufacturing technics (logistics and assembly processes);- Proven skills in machine and material planning; - Experience in BPCS system.

Knowledge:

-Good command of English communication; -Familiar with MS Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Educational requirements:

- You should have a technical degree, preferably from University or equivalent, in (Mechanical) Engineering.

- Self-motivated, highly organized, capable of working independently;- Excellent result-oriented leadership, strong but flexible personality, ability to create and maintain a good communication in all levels;- You will have a key role in the Product Company management team and you will therefore characterize yourself as a real team-player;- Result oriented;- People oriented;- Able to prioritize and adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment.
