Job description
Purpose of Role

To manage company sales portfolio to deliver sales performance KPIs as per business growth agenda.
To develop corporate UDLX whisky sales opportunities on gifting & entertainment segment.
To direct sales strategies and ensure the implementation are in line with Diageo’s practice / way of doing ( DWS )
To provide team leadership and people development to release sales potential and maximize business performance
Top 3-5 Accountabilities


Business management
Well managing and deliver all financial target and business performance.
Create and implement trade strategies and commercial plans.
Establishes executive relationships within new and existing markets. Develops specific business strategies to seize growth opportunities.
Manage sales resources to maximize return on investment
Efforts on new market and client development.
Oversee the delivery of tools & capabilities required for excellent sales execution
Maintaining high level satisfaction client relations. Build sales pipeline in each market.
Implement sales strategy in conjunction with Commercial Finance & Marketing. Participating JWH monthly BPM by providing financial numbers regarding on sales performance
Input into the Innovation process ensuring customer & commercial needs are met and KPIs are well developed.
Ensure the sales team has 100% compliance of code of conducts

People development and leadership :
Recruit, leads, develops, inspire, and retain a sales team and mentors the team members on the Diageo sales procedures, policies and to achieve their individual targets and other objectives.
Managing and developing sales team member performance by Diageo P4G and workday.
Clear knowledge of Diageo leadership standards, Adapts a leadership style to fit different situations, and focuses individual and group energies on appropriate key objectives.

Business management
