Senior Project Manager
We are looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic business owner to drive our seller business on Amazon.cn in the Consumables categories. The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for providing solutions and partner with Sales, Account Management team, Product Development team, Technology, Retail Category team and other supporting functions to help Consumables sellers grow their business on Amazon China. He/she will conduct business analysis, communicating with Account Management team, develop valuable solutions to solve business problems, propose and work on new initiatives leveraging data-driven approaches to drive the solutions forward. In addition, he/she will be capable to lead multiple projects with different prioritization and deliver results to support mass sellers’ business growth in Amazon platform.

The Project Managers primary responsibilities will be:
- Conduct Consumables categories business and financial analysis, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
- Deal with the problem found or cooperate with the Account management team and figure out the solutions.
- Develop category specific programs, feature requests, new initiatives and processes to improve seller fundamentals and drive Consumable sellers business.
- Work with sellers to achieve data quality standards, improve operation efficiency and become an expert in using internal tools to achieve business results.
- Develop business cases to quantify the opportunities and requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Improve the level of automation

·8+ years relevant experience in the retail or technology
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
. Exploit multiple project initiatives based on business requirement and optimize necessary resources
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with relevant tools (Excel, other internal tools)
· Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
· Proficiency in oral and written English
· BA/BS required
