Job description
- Responsible for China channel strategy, channel development and management to support Sales teams.
- Build a strong partner ecosystem and work with sales to achieve the assigned sales target.
- Work with field Enterprise sales teams within the region including Enterprise Field and telesales to maximize channel revenue.
- Responsibilities include hiring and management of employee performance, ownership of driving account business planning, creation, distribution and management of account quotas, and management of region expense budget. Responsible for ensuring that the team understands, and can present the Symantec value proposition to its partners.
Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent related experience. 10+ years sales experience, minimum 6 years in channel/partner sales. 2+ years of sales management experience required. Demonstrated experience selling security, availability, storage and/or equivalent software. Excellent time management skills. Ability to take account ownership. Good analytical capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. Strong achievement against quota.
