
Job description This position is based in Shanghai, China. To be responsible for developing marketing strategies and tactics to maximize the sales growth Market analysis and planning (identification of players, customer requirements, competitive analysis) Visit customers, conferences and participate on technical seminars with technical presentations To establish and maintain ongoing, client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems To work with the research teams to identify early opportunities for new products/ collaboration and facilitate deal teams To manage effectively company sale force and relationship with major customers Desired Skills and Experience BS/MA/Ph.D in chemistry, medicinal, or related field. The MBA degree is a plus. At least 5-10 years experience in biopharma companies with sales managementskills Demonstrated strong leadership skills and successful BD experience Excellent oral and written communication skills at making business presentations Ability to interpret customer requirements precisely; Proven ability to use influence and persuasion to achieve desired outcomes in a matrix organization Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills Familiar with China CRO and pharmaceutical industry; keep an updated market overview in order to identify innovative business opportunities Working knowledge of modern analytical separation techniques pertaining to the separation/purification of organic compounds Understand basic financial and accounting terms Ability to work independently, excellent team player and willing to travel
