Position Description
Job Functions :
· Aftermarket strategy, work plan and department budget development
1. Implement the Volvo Penta aftermarket strategy and policy to drive the business development.
2. Cooperate with other departments (Engine Sales, Lin’gang Plant, Volvo Logistic, Volvo Action Service, HR and Finance team).
3. Create and implement the commercial aftermarket department work plan and department budget.
4. Work as the bridge between local market and regional function department to achieve the regional/global targets.
5. Support the regional headquarters to create and communicate the aftermarket strategy for China.

6. Lead and motivate 20 persons team to achieve the department goals.
7. Responsible for employees’ training and development in the department and ensure excellent performance and employee satisfaction.
8. Standardize and optimize department business processes based on market demand, and follow up the established process.
· Aftermarket sales volume and profitability and service level
9. Develop, package, price, promote and drive the aftermarket volume and profitability for the total aftermarket offer (parts, service, exchange, and other soft products) for China Market.
10. Drive the parts sales and responsible for active product management of existing aftermarket products as well as driving the implementation of new products.
11. Secure the Aftermarket service technical competences and the dealer training activities, maintain the warranty administration and support the Aftermarket Business Support team to implement activities such as logistic, dealer development, marketing ASP and etc.
12. Support dealers to create, communicate and implement dealer business plan for sales of aftermarket products through own dealerships and sub-dealerships to secure the Volvo Penta aftermarket sales targets.
Qualifications:
· At least 10 years of relevant experience in Aftermarket. And over 5 years people leadership experience.
· Demonstrating strong organizational leadership.
· Results Driven & Management Review Discipline: Demonstrates the determination, know-how and accountability for ensuring that results are achieved. Plans, organizes, prioritizes and monitors progress to ensure the attainment of business objectives.
· Extensive experience and knowledge in finance, team leadership/people management, business management and operations management.
· Communication, Presentation & Engagement, able to engage with the organization in a timely, relevant and appropriate manner.
· Employee Management & Team Leadership: The ability to employ resources with the right skills and provide direction, coaching, motivation.
· Good communication skill in English and Mandarin both oral and writing.
