Director - Field Service Operation - Schneider Electric - Shanghai, Beijing
Job description
Identify , initiate and drive improvement for process optimization/integration to enhance operation efficiency
Manage Field Service (FS) back-office operation system, including but not limited on business management system, performance management, process and quality, commercial support etc.
Manage centralized return and repair labs, optimize R&R process, improve R&R efficiency to improve customer satisfaction
Lead FS integration project, take overview of whole project, identified issues and coordinate with different function to make project plan smooth implementation.
Support FS business by IB tracking, bFO tools, service delivery optimization
Desired Skills and Experience
Job related experience: more than 10 years working experience in MNC, focus on operation management, company integration project management experience is preferred
Strong leadership on both people management and project management.
Strategic thinking with good understanding of service business
Bachelor Degree and above, MBA preferred
Fluent English
