Core Accountabilities

Directly responsible for assinged region's sales performance & new business dvelopment (setting target, budget and goals for keys Cities) of the region;

Ensure market implementation and execution excellence ; follow up action (through score card & market visit reports) with respective distributor Regional / National team;

Manage distributor regional team on open new stores, store relocation & store upgrade tasks to meet company style guideline & business needs;

Manage a small number of Area managers; set & follow up KPI for them;

Keep close relationship & eensure xcellent performance through effectively managing the regional distributor team;
Monitor Indirect and Direct competitor activities & business development trend and feedback to National managers timely;
Prepare quality monthly reports and yearly trade marketing & new business development plan for the assigned region;
Ad hoc support across National Marketing and Naiotnal Account Managers.

Requirements

Experience and qualifications:
A university degree on Bachelor level or similar within business administration or sales;

Minimum 6 years solid retail trade experience or distrbutor management (in retail & wholesaler management);
Manage chain store or key account experience is a plus;
Must speak and write English and Chinese (minimum Mandarin);
Ready for 80+ days travel

Skills:

Strong business understanding on varies retail format sales & operations;

Familiar with the retail landscape of the assigned region;
Capable of working / deal with retailers + wholesalers + distributor;
Passionate leader with strong people management skill;
A strategic thinker with professional insights;
Independent and reliable.
