Director - Financial Reporting - Walmart - Shenzhen

Job description
1. Lead preparation and submission of statutory financial reports and statistics, and the related auditing.
2. Communicate with International Controllership for individual items and make sure reports and disclosures to meet requirements
3. Conduct month end closing and year end closing, make sure timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting.
4. Lead and develop financial analysis to address and mitigate accounting and financial control risks and improvement areas through balance sheet and P&L analysis and the related core business;

5. Build a bridge between financial analysis and business to dig out the business reason and improve performance of business;
6. Drive the monthly, quarterly and annual balance sheet deep dive to identify and address balance sheet risks, including issues that will have P&L impact;
7. Manage action items of the monthly, quarterly and annual balance sheet review to ensure timely remedy and risk control actions in place, as well as communicate with region controller office and International controller office on the action items;
8. Collaborate with other financial leaders to communicate the action plan identified by financial analysis to improve accounting and financial integrity and quality;
9. Conduct monthly/quarterly financial book closing and analyze variance between forecast and actual to improve accuracy of forecasting and timely alert management;
10. Lead or guide support of special projects to achieve business initiatives by approaching of financial analysis and addressing financial statement risk control;
11. Participate in discussion and decision making of accounting mythology and accounting policies change with significant impact.
12. Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.

Desired Skills and Experience
1.Bachelor Degree on Finance, audit or economics.

3.• Be familiar with CN GAAP, US GAAP, and good at financial report consolidation and reporting analysis.
