Job description
Accountable for developing inventory management strategies and processes for the China retail market to meet changing business needs. Lead Team that enables replenishment's leap from data to insights and carry out the execution of our national inventory strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Minimum Qualifications;• Create visibility of supply chain inventory metrics and tools for effective and sustainable operating of business.
• Monitor, support and publish ongoing analysis of supply chain inventory performance.
• Drive the Inventory Management operating principles and model (System settings/safety stock/Channel decisions/etc) to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the planning and distribution (DC) network.
• Drive and lead Vendor Collaboration Model to maximise the achievment of joint business goals and adoption of best practices within the supplier community.
• Lead Order Processing and Bulk ordering operations to maximimse ROI for the company
• Able to lead and influence demand/supply planning initatives balancing between revenue, cost, service levels and inventory levels.
• Lead to evaluate and alter work processes by partnering with supply chain stakeholders on financial and strategic plans.
• Collaborates with senior executive leadership on corporate and divisional strategic initiatives by participating in and providing resources and input for the project design; driving execution of pilot or simulation of change initiatives; translating supply chain strategies into inventory management action plans
• Analyze trends in financial performance and external market factors to proactively align resources to address future challenges; driving the adoption of process improvement as the best practice.
• Develops and implement talent management strategies to attract, train and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
• Cultivate environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into programs and practices
