Job Objective
Aligning with global communications strategy, manage internal and external communications efforts in China to build overall corporate image through media and employee engagement programs.
Integrate communications to all corporate branding efforts to support business growth.
Identify and develop actionable relationships with key stakeholders in media and relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with the PACS teams at bottler partners in China to ensure alignment and synergy.
Develop and manage corporate communication programs to class-leading standards to build and protect Coca-Cola’s corporate reputation in China.
Plan content and work closely with cross function teams in BU and bottler partners to develop content pool around corporate messages and business proposition.
Manage third-party vendors/PR agencies (if any) to ensure high quality in deliverables and cost efficiency.
Build and maintain a close and solid relationship with mainstream media outlets across China.
Centrally manage Coca-Cola China corporate archives and assets, including executive bios, press releases/kits, executive speeches, printed materials, videos, and other important documents in both digital and hard copy formats.
Develop and create collaborative relationships with BU PACS teams, and other relevant functions, to ensure coordination of Internal Communications Committee.
Ensure company activities, achievements and information are broadly communicated via internal communication tools and manage relevant partners
Support crisis communications processes to protect company’s reputation
Continuously and aggressively seek innovative platforms/plans to reach and engage our target audiences
Develop training, bring influences and lead communication capability across the team

Knowledge & Experience:
12+ years’ experience in corporate communications in leading MNC. Experience in top PR agency or media outlet is a strong plus.
Strong media knowledge, including solid relationship with leading business, management media, and sound knowledge of other new media trends.
Track record for driving employee communications in complicated organizations.
Knowledgeable about developing leading edge communications and practiced in the implementation of these across country borders/cultures
Thorough understanding of communications planning and in-depth knowledge and experience of the range and variety of communications channels, platforms and processes to ensure the right communication reaches the target audience at the right time

Outstanding project management and organizational skills
Ability to perform well under pressure
Strong business acumen and business sense
Mature, patient, detail-oriented and dynamic individual bringing high energy
Education & Professional Qualification:
Minimum of University degree in the areas of public relations, communications, journalism, or related filed.
Language Requirements:
Highly fluent written, oral and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese
Travel Requirements:
Travel approximately 25% of work time
