Job description
The Ecommerce Director will be in charge of overall ecommerce strategy for L’Oreal China by supporting and driving innovations across all divisions and brands. The position reports directly to the country Chief Marketing Officer.
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABLITIES
Ecommerce A&P media booking, tracking
Optimization on Search and other formats
Digital media budget shifts to ecommerce formats
Ecommerce online CRM and Data understanding
Big ecommerce platform deals including Joint Business Planning
Distributor selection guidelines
Creative agency (for ecommerce) guidelines
Keeping abreast of 'whats next' in ecommerce
Profile
• 10 years of experience, with minimum 2 in China
• Chinese fluency is important
• Horizontal experience across all ecommerce platforms/channels
• Previous project management developing integrated marketing communications
• Business understanding and consumer focus. Expertise of online consumer behavior
• Brand equity knowledge and understanding of brands' consumer profiles
• Ability to drive change and innovation across multiple divisions
• Ability to work with ecommerce vendors and agencies
• Digital IT platform coordination with business and marketing
