Job description
1.Be the driver of the pre-sales and delivery

› During the Pre-Sales activities, the PD will be the driver of a team responsible for

– Overall solution

– Overall cost estimation

– Delivery model (mix of on-shore, near-shore and off-shore resources)


– Contractual content (excluding the legal and the commercial terms&condition)

› The pre-sales deliverable will be given to the KAM who is accountable of the sales.

› Once the deal is won, the PD will be the head of the delivery, till the complete fulfillment of the contract, ensuring so the continuity from the pre-sales to the delivery.

2. Become an Ericsson Agent at Customer site

› The PD has to build a strong Customer Relationship at C-Level, SVP or VP for all the potential departments (IT, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care etc.).

› The PD is daily present at customer site, becoming a sort of Ericsson “agent” at customer premise to increase the customer’s trust on Ericsson as system integrator.

› The PD is also able to catch up-sales opportunities.

3. Help Ericsson in building the C&SI culture

› The PD is a main contributor to the Ericsson C&SI culture growth and to the delivery methodology fine-tuning.

› The PD supports in asset and organization set-up and growth, exploiting his/her experience as well as harvesting the reusable best practices from the program he/she drives.

› The PD coaches his team, supports them for the professional growth, and identifies and recognizes the talents.
