Sales Director - ironSource - Beijing


Job description
ironSource is seeking an entrepreneurial, highly-motivated Sales Director to strengthen our desktop position as a global provider of premium AD network.
You will work as part of our sales team by focusing on sourcing and closing direct agreements with CN head-quartered international top desktop and mobile-web Publishers and Advertisers. As a member of the CN ironSource team, you will have the opportunity to participate in various aspects of the business, including strategic partnership meetings, events, and more. We provide a casual, fun, and fast-paced culture that is built on top performance.



Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close revenue generating publisher and advertiser partnerships
Create and execute sales ad-hoc pitches and presentations
Generate strategic plans to penetrate new verticals and obtain new clients
Identify market trends and understand client business goals to help determine ideal solutions and new products
Work collaboratively with an international team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
Build and lead the desktop sales team for all China
Report to China General Manager

Requirements:
Local Chinese
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of business development and/or sales experience
In-depth understanding of the desktop ecosystem and minimum of 1 year experience in the online advertising/media industry
Proven track record in developing relationships with strategic clients
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills and a consultative approach to client needs
Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with serious work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment and learn well under pressure
Strong prioritization skills
