Responsibilities
Act as a Partner Services (PS) Program Manager under Supply Chain Management (SCM) IT team. Responsible for driving IT operational excellence with Manufacturing &/or Logistics supply chain partners. Drive and implement Cisco IT solutions to automate and change Cisco's and its partners' processes/ transactions related to build, test, inventory, ordering, manufacturing, delivery, and billing among others. Work with executive contacts both internally & externally to negotiate strategic decision-making on IT strategy.
Proactively solve problems by means of developing and fostering relationships, networking, and influencing stakeholders. Demonstrate value and strength via taking initiative and ownership of projects and/or programs and executing through successful completion. Responsible for influencing peers and all levels of management both internally and externally to gain agreement for recommended programs. Meet or exceed quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics. Support and actively participate in effective teamwork practices.
Focus areas:
Act as relationship & implementation manager for Cisco’s IT processes with our supply chain partners, taking ownership for end to end communication & process implementation with both internal and external IT & business process organizations
Be responsible for the development and evolution of the positioning of Partner Services as a key facilitator of the supply chain in APAC. Build relationships with the relevant functional heads of our internal supply chain organizations in Manufacturing, Logistics, B2B, Reverse Logistics, etc.
Continue the process of examining and evaluating PS team’s non-core activities, including support for MCO on-boarding, Extranet support, ACL maintenance etc. In the interim take ownership for project managing the transition of activities, handling exceptional escalations as required.
Required Skills:
Basic supply chain functional & IT knowledge (e.g. Oracle Database, SQL, etc.)
Exposure and good understanding of BI, B2B, Integration technologies
Basic project management and planning skill
Excellent verbal, written communication skills in English
Able to work under pressure and overcome time zone challenge while working with global team
Other skills preferred:
Excellent collaboration and team work
Ability to manage the relationship with different IT people on partner side, from top IT executive to engineers
Very strong analytical and problem solving /escalation skills
Ability to lead team involving multiple functional groups working towards common goals and objectives
Must be self- managed, highly motivated and have a strong drive for results
Ability and willingness to deal with a high level of ambiguity
Strong process focus, able to see opportunities for improvement in the business
Effective external partner-facing communication
