Position Summary
• To support CMS (Client Marketing Service) team on developing and executing all VLPS (Visa Loyalty Platform Services) based client marketing programs
Responsibilities
1. Project Assistance
Assist Business Leader(s), who chairs CMS functions of East and North respectively, for implementations of client bank marketing professions in all angles including:
Designing VLPS marketing campaigns, which cater clients and Visa’s business objective, including:
o Business projection
o Program design
o Lead the client facing VLPS planning meetings and program solicitation
o Lead the VLPS related project development by working with internal partners closely (eg. Information production team, US VLPS unit, BD, etc.)
Support CMS leaders on VLPS system upgrading, in order to service client’s VLPS program with best solutions.
Taking lead on VLPS campaign related all logistics and fulfillment, including:
o Procurement process management
o Program execution
o Merchant or partnership solicitation
o Tracking and post-analysis
o ATL or BTL activities, which related to VLPS overall program. (eg. Media buy, creative design, etc)
Working with agencies to collect market intelligence including competitors, issuing banks moves, market trends to cash-back similar market dynamics.
2. Administration
All administrative deliveries, which related to VLPS project management:
o Procurement process management, incl. PR/PO, project justification, vendor legal attestation, Job completion internal report etc.
o Contract management, incl. vendor’s working statement, quotations, merchant contract, and partner’s co-op deals.
o VIK process management, incl. client’s notification, legal and compliance attestation, client’s acknowledgement
3. Financial reporting, Compliance and Auditing
Support on Forecast, Accrual, Receiving procedures. Prepare the cost breakdown for the accurate Accrual review and expensing details
Update Marketing calendars to record all change of dates, programs and budget allocations
Closely work with all Marketing agencies to make sure their reporting and expense are timely, accurate, and compliance with Visa polices
Process fund transfer documents and approval
Qualifications
• Approximately 7yrs work experience, major in marketing and promotion areas
• Based in Shanghai
Professional
• Marketing or Business manager (or manager to be)
• Client service or Client B2B business experience is a plus
Technical
• Strong competence of Microsoft office tools
• Strong presentation skill
Business
• Bank credit card center’s management level working experience is appreciated
• Or, solid FMCG promotional management experience is highly preferred
