1 Solution Principle
Principle level Consultant within a specialized industry or Line of Business.
2. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As a Solution principle you will have an excellent and deep understanding of the complete solution needs of a particular Industry or line of Business such as Supply Chain management. You will be a leader in your field of expertise and thrive on the challenging of translating Clients business requirements into a state of the art and comprehensive SAP solution.

You will be a leader in your field of expertise and thrive on the challenging of translating Clients business requirements into a state of the art and comprehensive SAP solution.
The Solution Principle combines excellent architectural capabilities with extensive expertise regarding SAP solution components.
As a Solution Principle you will be required to operate alongside both sales and delivery colleagues supporting the full client engagement life cycle.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports business process modeling and business requirements gathering to identify an appropriate end to end solutions portfolio to support the to-be business process. This will include pre-built engineered components as well as Client specific configured solutions
- Designs and architects the SAP solution and supports its integration into the customers overall IT landscape.
- Identifies solution gaps and develops options to close thes gaps such as the inclusion of components from independent software vendors or custom specific development (CDP).
- Where required leads the architectural governance function/processes and provides direction to the implementation team for functional solution realization and works as an intermediary across the different streams and different architectural domains (business architecture, functional architecture and technical architecture) to ensure overall alignment from a SAP solution perspective.

4. REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Education
- § 6-9 Years experience
Specialized Knowledge
- § Expert in Enterprise Architecture (for at least one industry or LoB)
- § Business, Application & Technology
- § + knowledge in additional business and/or functional topics
Managerial Experience
- § Functional coordination of teams (internal and external)
- § Acts as a coach for colleagues
Education
- § Bachelor, Masters (or Equivalent)
- § Certification / Second Degree
- § Industry Expert, Solution Expert
