Job description
This individual will have demonstrated success in product development and delivery, executing product plans, and releasing quality products on-time and on-budget, as well as experience in project management, customer technical support, and with the appropriate development and management processes, practices, and methodologies that are appropriate as the requirement changes.



As regards leadership, the successful candidate will be able to identify, hire, attract and retain great people, has managed and grown managers to effectively enable the engineering organization to its full potential, and is truly a thought leader who adds value to other functions and works effectively with other members of the dispersed teams. Additionally, the successful candidate will be effective with addressing customer needs.

S/he is required to be fluent in English. Mandarin is preferred but not required. A Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields is expected but not required.

The successful candidate will be a proven software engineering leader with 10+ years of software industry experience who has managed and worked with geographically dispersed teams that have delivered very successful software products to market.

S/he will bring a track record as a current or former leader of engineering in a multi domain organization.

This individual will bring deep knowledge in Java Application Framework, Cloud Computing, Continuous Integration and developer productivity related tools.
