Job description

Business intelligence: responsible to establish mechanism to consolidate market and industry data in creating insight report to business leaders
Business analytic to insight: responsible to integrate external data, internal process data and sales performance including sales result and KPIs achievement to establish recommendations and solutions for business improvement.


Qualifications

Bachelor Degree is required. Above is a plus.
Minimum 10 years relevant working experience and 5 years people management experience. MNC pharmaceutical working experience in RX is a plus.
Strong leadership, sharp business insight and high energy with a sense of urgency.
Demonstrated ability to successfully influence senior level management, executives and key clients. Ability to work with internal teams and external customers to manage multiple projects.
High-level strategic thinking, outstanding presentation and communication skill.
