Director - Core Banking - Morgan Stanley - Beijing

Job description

1) Manage Core Banking Operations (Loan Operations, Deposit Operations, Cash Management/Settlement) team in MSBIC Beijing and Zhuhai;

2) Supervise Core Banking Operations team daily processing (including loan, deposit, remittance etc.) in MSBIC Beijing and Zhuhai;



3) Supervise Core Banking Operations to implement all the regulatory and firm requirements including but not limited to risk and control, processing, reporting, settlement, and make sure all the processes and procedures are fully compliant with local regulations and firm policies;

4) Supervise team to implement new initiatives incluidng new system, new product, new process and enhancement.

5) Deliver all the people agenda as per firm and bank goals.

Qualifications

1) Strong commercial bank operation and risk control knowledge;
2) Strong local regulation and product knowledge;
3) Good communication skill and experience in engaging with local regulators;
4) Strong people leader with 3 years or more team management experience;
5) Fluent in Chinese and English.
