Job description

l Define goals for China automotive business growth. Drive and follow through implementation of goals to deliver growth target.

l Optimize the utilization of global and local resources to maximize global synergies and local customer penetration

l Identifies new target customers and opportunities for organic growth with existing customers

l Develops and executes Account Penetration Strategy considering how each auto service can add value and improve competitiveness of the customer

l Responsible for developing and retaining strategic alliance relationships with key customers.

l Helps to build customer loyalty and creates barriers to exit (i.e. differentiated propositions that the competition can’t match)

l Owns and drives the execution of the account strategy to close business

l Extensive insight on company capabilities to determine and organize the best fit for the customer account requirements

l Responsible for proposal development and generation (differentiated)

l Customer RFIs, ensures quality/completed RFI submitted to customer

l Quotation development; ensures that profitable business achieves segment Margin and ROIC goals

l Contract negotiation with the support of the Flex Automotive Executive and legal teams and appropriate authorizations from both Flex Automotive and the Customer
