Job description
Responsibilities
Designs, manages and controls all world-wide sales activities for Lenovo to maximize the business for all Sandisk products.
Lead the development of the account strategy. Definition and monitoring of regional sales goals. Definition, implementation and monitoring of an appropriate sales strategy to achieve the targeted goals and maximize Sandisk's business. Feedback to HQ on demands and requirements from markets and customers. Represents the account at the HQ for all issues related to the product lines.
Develop and manage relationships with key executives of Lenovo. Assess opportunities and manage the projects with high sales growth potential.
Assign the organization demand creation resources / competencies to maximize design wins, securing the involvement / support of the relevant HQ departments. Appoint a project leader to all qualified projects. Define and ensure the fulfillment of all corrective actions. Set priorities in agreement with management.
Head the global Lenovo account team. Co-ordinate input for revenue forecasting and budgeting for Lenovo. Prepare the sales budget by product (and region), define design win / demand creation objectives and agree with management, HQ. Co-ordinate the budget preparation across all regions and agree with management / HQ. Monitor sales and demand creation activities through internal and customer's reviews.
People management: take full management responsibilities for team of qualified employees (includes people, budget, planning, performance management, etc.)

Skills Required
Bachelor degree or above
12+ years of professional experience in sales and management
Expert knowledge in PC industry and Smart Phone industry
Good knowledge of own functions to achieve business objectives, by interfacing different internal groups, incl. Sales, Product team, Logistics, Marketing, HQ, etc.
Professional communication skill with clients
Excellent problem solving, presentation, communication and business analysis skills
International business practices or multinational company working experience
Proven leadership
Fluent English is a must
