About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned executive to join Evernote's Partnerships team based in Beijing. The successful candidate will build strategic partners in China that will contribute significantly to Evernote’s user growth. The role will establish, roll-out and grow the strategic relationships. The position is ideal for someone with successful experience working in/with large corporates at a senior level, but is passionate about being in a start-up environment. The role has the opportunity to create and own potentially some of the most important partners for the company on a global scope.

Responsibilities

Lead the efforts to establish strategic partnerships, including OEM’s and mobile operators, with significant user acquisition potentials
Structure partnership deals and is able to negotiate directly with decision maker level partner contacts
Implement partnership roll-outs with the key partners across OEM’s and mobile operators
Manage the relationship with the relevant contacts at external partners
Work closely across functional groups in China as well as in global teams to accomplish partnership goals
Identify trends and establish new engagement channels for continuous partnership success
Establish the reporting framework for measuring success
Some international travel is required
Skills and Experience

Experience in OEM or mobile operator industry
Creative with the ability to generate new ideas and execute on them
Experience working with large corporations is preferred
Experience in product marketing is a plus
Effective communicator with internal teams as well external partners
Strong communication skills in Chinese and English - both written and spoken
Self-starter with an ability to multi-task, prioritize, take on responsibility and work well under deadlines
Familiar with Evernote products
Multi-lingual is a plus
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, start-up environment
