•Perform the leadership role in leading team initiatives, people development and collaborating cross functions and regions
•Set direction for the Asia manufacturing site and ensure seamless implementation of it
•As a local integrator, participate and drive global actions and projects in diversified teams
•Ultimately ensure that the high quality performance and production of LEGO product

We are looking for a quality expert, people developer, and game changer

•Knowledge of mainstream quality systems, such as ISO9000, ISOTS16949
•Expertise in various tools on continuous improvement, problem solving, and quality assurance
•Strong commitment and support on team and individual development
•Open for feedback and coaching, with a strong awareness of self-development
•Strong networking and collaboration skills to achieve results and identify future opportunities
