Job description
Lead the implementation of Projects related with Talent Management with Global Scope. Work independently to manage project teams to deliver plans, solution integration, global roll-outs etc., responsible for project operations and key deliverables.
Guide team members to plan the solutions and establish delivery strategies, estimate project costs, and manage quality and control risks for projects.
Communicate with key stakeholders effectively, to realize project value proposition.
Closely align with HRBPs to implement project plans, responsible for execution enablement initiatives.
Responsible for leading the project team, managing team performance, and guiding professional capability improvement.
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 10 years’ Experience in areas of human resource management.
Experience and competencies: talent solution design and implement, profound HR management knowledge, insights into industry leading practices and trends, and able to apply to business context with independent thinking.
Global multinational corporation HR experience is preferred, Operator, vendor, telecommunications or IT industry background is desirable.
Good project management skills, good English communication skill.
Bachelor degree, master degree, Major in human resource mgmt and MBA is preferred.
