Job Description
In this role a candidate will be in a key leadership position responsible for ensuring APJ fulfillment supply chain readiness (platform, supplier, Conf Serv Offers, partner mgt). Critical leadership for Global Logistics Offer Fulfillment strategy leveraging internal Dell capability and 3rd party Supplier networks. Individual is responsible for regional enablement and support of Configuration Services offers, customers, and fulfillment supply chain. Direct interface with customers and suppliers, on site management, regional Dell resources is required.
Leads a team of 15+ professionals, providing direction and guidance throughout the organization; responsible for the staffing and development of team members. Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning
Develops and executes global fulfillment strategies to optimize the customer experience, streamline operational efficiency and optimize cost structures of the CS fulfillment.
Contributes to the development of global Enterprise, Client, Logistics Configuration Services offers to maximize attach rates and revenue growth
Leads people who manage projects involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of internal products or administrative systems. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets.
Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel.
Collaborates with subordinate leadership to set strategy and business objectives. May influence the strategic and/or long-term focus for the function. Collaborates cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders
Defines fulfillment strategy in areas of the Configuration Services portfolio. Decisions will impact global businesses and are not limited to a specific region. Direct involvement in making complex decisions which have company-wide impact.
Core experience in Interaction with executive (C level) customers, partner business owners/executives both internal and external.
Strong acumen in leveraging cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to achieve a common strategic objective. Expert ability to lead multiple large project teams simultaneously
Undergraduate degree and 10+ years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 8+ years relevant experience. 8+ years managerial/leadership experience preferred.
