Job Description
The Recruitment Director is a strategic leader who will play an integral role leading and inspiring our Recruitment teams around the globe. This individual will be responsible for developing innovative, scalable solutions to effectively drive talent acquisition to meet the ever-changing needs of our retail environment. As a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, the Retail Recruiting Director will consult with key leaders in the organization to ensure our deliverables exceed the expectations of the business and Credo is displayed in every aspect of the candidate journey
Gives direction to, leads and empowers high-performing Recruiting Operations teams to produce the best work they can achieve through inspiration, motivation and development
Executes sourcing and operations activities at all levels (leadership and high volume), to include: research, sourcing, networking, competency/behavioral based interviewing, training, employment documentation and systems support.
At all times ensures a commitment to excellence by building processes to attract top-tier talent to the organization
Functions as a consultant to the business, creating and implementing practical, results-driven recruiting programs that shape and add value to the organization
Partners with key leaders in the organization to build and execute on Talent Strategies that impact the overall effectiveness of the business
Measures the success of the team through analysis of metrics and feedback from field leaders/teams; uses this information to drive team performance
Builds and maintains effective networking relationships with leaders inside and outside of the organization
Inspires and educates field leaders to identify and acquire the best talent through networking and leveraging resources
Maintains flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the retail business environment; possesses agility, and can quickly change direction with limited information or detail
Builds recruiting products in collaboration with One People which support hiring activities and the candidate experience
Scope
GSO has teams across the world including Cupertino, Shanghai, and London
Education Details
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
10+ years of related experience and team leadership required.

Strategist who can effectively diagnose solutions based on trend analysis, talent planning initiatives, and organizational planning
Understands how to influence others through building trust
Expert at negotiation, and seeks to find solutions
Global recruiting skills and knowledge is required
