Job description
Activity 1: Marketing strategies and activities
Goal: Providing changing benefits to the changing needs and demands of customers to ensure EOCN to be a marketing leader in its field
Developing the Marketing Strategies and Marketing Mix Plan in the certain timeline basis which match company strategy and meet the targeted sales goals
Pricing: Maintains the targeted profit while business expanding, with the approval of Commercial Manager, implement pricing strategies to ensure competitive edge of EOCN products in the market
Product: works with launch team, to ensure new products meeting customer needs and wants then having successful launch in the market
Promotion: Maintain product introduction and training material to change customers’ behavior through changing their minds
Activity 2: Sales management
Goal: Achieve annual sales target in targeted market
Planning: Works out market needs forecast Quarterly / annually in a short term and long run basis, based on customer needs and industrial trend analysis
Customer Relations Management: Is responsible for the Customer Relations Management for the customers in Northern China
Customer visiting and calling Management: Manage customer visiting and calling on preset schedule to maintain good customer relationship and sales opportunities obtaining
Customer contracts management
Deliver the sales reports on time according to the commercial department requirement
Make the sales budget and control the budget
Activity 3: Product Launch
Goal: Ensuring new product launch smoothly
Closely work with launch department for new product preparation and execution
Well know customer needs and relay customer’s requirements to internal departments on time, ensure the program launch successfully
Solving the problem on launch process for the customer
Activity 4: Information sharing
Goal: Catch the request from customer precisely, communicates both internally (logistics, production line and sales team) and externally (client) to ensure the fulfillment of clients' requests
Regular Sales Meeting: Participate regular meeting in Commercial department to review the progress for each preset goal, report the regional market status to Commercial manager and Share each other the progress of program share with other people in Commercial department
Activity 5: Credit Control
Goal: Assists accounting staff to fully uphold our credit control policies and procedures and ensure sound account receivable performance
Understand credit control policies and procedures and follow them well
Work with team member to collect outstanding account receivable
Activity 6: Market Intelligence Management
Goal: Develop market strategy which is line with company’s strategy
Acquires customer expectations in terms of quality, delivery, design features, extracts critical information
Builds and develops competitors profile, identifying the elements of competitor characteristics as strengths and/or weaknesses in terms of financial status, product quality, delivery performance, promotion, price and distribution strategies
Develop customer development strategy
Desired Skills and Experience
University graduate or above
At least 5 years sales/commercial/management experience in automotive components company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as leadership skills
Fluent both written and spoken English, German is plus
Excellent presentation skills and good command of office software skills
Familiar with automotive industry quality and supplier validation system, such as PPAP, APQP, contract review, product and material releases, etc.
Good knowledge about automotive technology. Preferably familiar with automotive interior.
