Key Qualifications

- University degree required
- Typically 8-10 year sales experience, ideally in key account management with proven result in mobile phone/digital/FMCG industries.
- Strong communication skills both in Mandarin and English.
- Highly self-disciplined team leader and player, able to leverage resources and solve problems.
- Ability to remain focus in a changing and multi-tasking environment and ensure quality deliverables under time pressure.
- Frequent travel required

Description

Based in Beijing/Shanghai/Chengdu
Manage open telecom channel resellers and point of sales (POS) in assigned area of China; this is including but not limited to:
Be responsible for sell-thru and inventory management down to store level; Manage customers to maximize sales and meet sales quota.
Work with partners and cross-functional teams to drive program roll-out and execution at POS level.
Monitor merchandising in accordance with company's guideline.
Participate and take initiative in sales review meetings with partners
Conduct training and provide support to new partners
Manage store sales consultants to ensure in-store operations
Be the main communication interface for retail partners and internal teams. Be able to provde quick response and resolution in face of issues.

Explore new partners/POS and support the authorization application processes.
Require certain level of operational effort and paper work.
This position will be reporting to the Head of Retail Sales
