The key mission for this team is to deliver a powerful Web Management console to seamlessly bridge the directory administration experience across different premises (on-premise: inside firewall, in-the-cloud: outside of the firewall, federated) leveraging web services, and PowerShell, where performance, ease of deployment, scalability, extensibility and role-based access are main focal points. As a Software Design Engineer Test (SDET) Lead at Exchange China, your primary responsibilities include managing a team of dedicated Test, reviewing feature specifications, owning test design spec, designing and developing complex testing frameworks, test scenario and automation development, process development, enforcing Engineering Excellence practices and driving quality in all facets of development. In addition, you are also responsible for managing the relationship and communication with Exchange core product development in Redmond, USA
Qualifications include:
At least four years of software development in Test and experiences with full release cycles of major software products;
demonstrated ability to provide strong leadership and collaboration across different discipline groups to drive product development from conception to release;
excellent communication and relationship building skills;
3+ years object oriented developer experience and good Object Oriented Analysis/Design ability.
Good understanding of .NET framework, Fluency in C# coding and design,
Excellent test methodology and good problem solving skill;
Quick learner and strong ability to drive for result;
Excellent written and oral English communication skills;
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field and industry experience is preferred.
The following qualifications are a plus:
Prior .Net application testing experience and test tool development,
In depth understanding of the Microsoft Active Directory
Experience with Exchange server management / support.
