TALENTED AGILE SCRUM PRODUCT OWNERS
We are looking for outstandingemployees to join us as full-time Technical Lead or Architects. Successfulcandidates will have developed high-performance, stable software that has beensuccessfully deployed in a global product. You will have a system-wide,architectural view of the solutions that you build. You will also have strongtechnical ability, a focus on the customer experience, great teamwork andcommunication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-pacedenvironment.
You will work as part of an Agileteam at our development centre in Beijing, China launching and growing newproducts for Nokia's Mobile Phones business. You will play a key contributorrole in your team - as they will look to you for advice on the mobiletechnology. You will be a pivotal team player and able to deploy yourinitiatives, giving you the responsibility and authority to ensure success. Youwill be involved in every aspect of the process - from idea generation,business analysis and technical design through to software development across avariety of technologies. Your software will need to meet remarkably highstandards of performance and reliability, and will operate a global scale.

Your key tasks and responsibilitieswill comprise:
• Using deep technical expertise to deliver high quality results
• Contributing to project milestones by avoiding and solving complex technicalproblems through understanding the dependencies of a complex platform
• Working in a product creation project and/or technology project withimplementation or integration responsibilities
• Bringing productivity, quality and competitive advantage to SW development bysolving complex problems in component/product level
We are working on the followingareas (both middleware and user interface):
• Messaging, Phonebook, Call,
• Local Connectivity: Bluetooth, USB, SyncML, OBEX
• Java: JVM and JSRs
Desired Skills & Experience
Your Qualifications and Experience
Several years' experience in asenior software engineering/development role, a Computer Science Honours degreeor postgraduate study (applicants with a degree in a related discipline whohave demonstrated a strong grounding in Computer Science and significantexperience in Software Engineering will also be considered).
Essential skills:
• Proven track record in either designing and developing SW applications ormiddleware SW. Experience in one of the area being a significant plus
• Extensive overview and understanding of SW development lifecycle methods, toolsand standards, especially system design
• Experience in wireless technologies and embedded SW
• Deep knowledge about and experience in C or Java native Core
• Deep understanding of embedded systems, e.g. OS and memory management
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Ability to multitask across several projects and demonstrated problem-solvingability

• Results oriented with a strong customer and business focus
• Highly innovative, flexible and self-directed, but also a cooperative teamplayer
• Ability to communicate and discuss technical topics with both technical andbusiness audiences
• Ability to deal well with ambiguous and undefined problems
• Able to thrive in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Strong sense of ownership and passion for writing world-class software
