HRC Program Manager, China
(this position can be located in Beijing or Shanghai)
The HRC Program Manager serves as an Asia Pacific liaison, strategist and process developer within the HR Ops organization focusing on HR programs and partnerships with corresponding teams, stakeholders and centers of excellence. Accountable for execution of overall support for one or more programs
Responsibilities:
• Design scope, deliverables, roadmaps, resource plans, budgets, schedules, and metrics for inter-departmental programs and projects
• Monitor and execute program deliverables against roadmap to ensure successful scheduling, cost management, risk management, quality and compliance
• Consult, communicate, and manage expectations with management and stakeholders to ensure alignment of program goals to Cisco and to secure program authorization
• Partner with Policy/Program Design Teams to summarize and prepare program training and communication materials on new and revised program content, assuming responsibility to ensure timely and accurate transfer of program knowledge to required end users (i.e., knowledge management system, Cisco web content, Trainers, Vendors, etc.)
• Lead change management efforts by proactively or reactively identifying issues, seeking required input or authorizations, driving corrective action plans and implementing program change controls
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ascertain project requirements and/or level of satisfaction with progress and performance and respond to issues by balancing stakeholder interests across risk assessment, response, planning and corrective action
• Engage in inter-departmental activities with constituent project managers on all process areas and provide an integrated view of inter-related or inter-dependent projects.
• Creation and build out of training materials, information, communication plans or program ensuring appropriate theatre representation
• Participate in the build out of the new integrated Knowledge Management System
• Assist with self service strategy and just in time training programs for employees and managers (longer-term vision)
