Job Description
- Full consulting P&L responsibility for the Technology Services Consulting business based in country / sub-region, including pursuit and delivery in a team-matrix environment.
- Lead Go-To-Market & Pursuit strategy for enterprise customers and commercial market based in country / sub-region.
- Participate in the development of the account business plan for all enterprise and commercial accounts in country / sub-region in conjunction with the AM and CSE;
- Responsible for execution of the consulting account plan to meet assigned identified goals.
- Engage customers to gain trusted-advisor status with the CIO and other CXO-level executives for assigned accounts.
- Lead cross-functional teams of industry and portfolio-aligned professionals in assisting HP customers solve their most pressing IT issues through all phases of the engagement lifecycle.
- Directly manage several SME consultants who will be assigned to accounts.
- Manage portfolio-aligned pursuit teams made up of Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Business Value Consultant and Opportunity Managers.
- Partner with marketing and sales to ensure Go-To-Market alignment.
- Integrate HP/EB products and services into solutions as appropriate.
- Ensure the consistent use of all standard pursuit processes and tools.
- Ensure SOAR process is consistently followed across all pursuit activities.
- Establish and grow relationships with other HP business leaders, support teams, and partners.
- Manage Delivery leaders / teams and additional resources assigned to the account (delivery, pursuit, and portfolio).
- Achieve pull-through goals including entire of HP Enterprise Business portfolio, including Consulting, Technology Services, ESSN, Software, and Enterprise Services

- Revenue
- Margin
- Product / support pull-through for all accounts based in country / sub-region
- Consulting account management: delivery oversight on all projects for assigned accounts (on time, on budget, bid margin delivery)
- Operational metrics like Utilization, red projects, Pursuit costs etc
Desired Skills & Experience
- Typically 15+ years’ working experience including 5+ years’ management experience in the IT consulting industry
- Directly related management experience and work results including success in achieving continuous growth of the business
- Demonstrated experience driving organizational change initiatives
- Strong leadership and ability to manage a highly professional team and work in a collaborative manner and develop strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
- University of Bachelor’s degree, advanced or Master’s degree preferred
- Command of Mandarin Chinese and English is required
