Eaton Corporation located in Wuxi, China has an opening for Accounting Manager in Vehicle Group OperationsSupervise and evaluate clerical staff
Focus on the accounting field, especial in reconciliation and BSR
Coordinate the MRO purchasing procedure
Preparation of monthly rolling forecast, snapshot, actual report etc.
Generate and distribute departmental budgets in achieving financial goals
Prepared condensed data reports
Work closely with finance controller for annual profit plan
Work closely with ISSC for daily issue and monthly follow up
Work closely with VG China finance team for Encore data
Review PRC report and tax report
Coordinate asset physical inventory
Coordinate data for internal and external auditors
Follow up all outstanding issue after BSR, SOX, Internal or external audit
Bachelors degree in accounting or business administration and with at least 8 years of experiences in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on the cost analysis
Good oral and written English, communication skills
Proficient with MS packages (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint) needed to analyze and report data
Knowledge of ERP-Oracle system
Able to learn quickly and willing to take up challenges
CPA or ACCA is preferred
