Senior Director - Big Data Solution Planning - Huawei Technologies - Shenzhen

Job description
Drive the creation of detailed Big Data solution reference architectures and roadmaps, from the creation of the vision, to architecture, design, and implementation and operations management; help operator to realize user-focused strategy transformation crossing network domain and IT domain, it includes managing subscriber growth in MBB, M2M and new services, improving customer’s experience and monetizing the user data assets.


Be responsible for managing requirements for solutions across product line to achieve the strategic targets.

Be responsible for identify medium and long term strategic opportunities and lead management of global solutions

Analyzing customer strategies and weakness, competitor situation, and the industry trend;

Desired Skills and Experience
Experience: 15 ~ 20+ years of progressively broadening telecom OR internet data analysis, mining & application experience. And long work experience with BI, NI and Internet data mining or user analysis. Firm knowledge of information architecture in different domain, including telecom, OTT or enterprise (bank, medical, transport, or public service,).

Have good experience of precise marketing, promotion, product optimize, channel selecting by using the Big Data analysis.

Have good experience of increasing operation efficiency, reconstructing the procedure of enterprise, transforming the IT infrastructure of enterprise of Operator by using the Big data capability. And familiar with the data Monetization of Operators.

Thorough understanding of the orchestration infrastructure and information models for user profile and user insight.

In depth experience in designing, managing and/or assessing Big data infrastructures (data centralization, data virtualization, data federation, provisioning, data openess, data analysis, real-time decision).
