Wanda keep emphasizing that they expect strong marketing programs from Coca-Cola to help them recruit more loyal consumer and create marketing excitement. To help Coca-Cola company to achieve its 2020 version which we needs to continuously build strong connection with our key customers, the position of trade marketing manager for IC will take the lead on the below tasks to ensure that we could secure long terms cooperation & contract with Wanda

Lead and initiate all trade marketing activities to Wanda (Cinema priority, hotel and shopping mall if needed) and initiate to ensure the accomplishment of Wanda business objectives including annual marketing calendar planning, customized activities implementation
Manage all Wanda activity development process within the CCMG protocol and in accordance with the established procedures of CCCBL

Besides all trade marketing activities for Wanda, the position of trade marketing manager for IC will also take the responsibilities on below areas:

Interface with DIV marketing / Region marketing / BGs marketing to ensure and maintain up-to-date marketing resources banking for IC customers
Co-operate with IC key account teams to ensure brand strategies conveyed to key account team and observed in IC customer activities

Key Results Areas

Manage & develop marketing initiatives with Wanda (50%)

- Lead to develop yearly marketing calendar for Wanda by leveraging DIV marketing campaign and resources

- Align with Wanda key account team and Wanda customer on marketing program direction

- Lead to develop each aligned marketing programs for Wanda by working with creative agent and design agent

- Support Wanda key account team to align the marketing activities with internal & external customers, e.g. BGs and Wanda customer

- Lead to get internal approval from legal, DIV marketing through established procedures of CCCBL

- Lead to execute each marketing activities for Wanda by working with execution agent

- Evaluate each marketing activities to make sure we deliver quality and consistent business results

- Share best practices of Wanda marketing program within the system

Manage & develop key marketing initiatives for Top 2 key IC customers (30%)

- Support top 2 IC customers (except Wanda) yearly annual marketing plan development through customer JBP process

- Lead to develop top 2 IC customer marketing activities development in key window. e.g. Summer or new store opening or key customer themed campaign like anniversary

- Lead to get internal approval from legal, DIV marketing through established procedures of CCCBL for top 2 IC customers key marketing initiatives

- Lead to execute key marketing activities for top 2 IC customers

- Lead to evaluate key marketing initiatives and share best practices within system

Support key IC customer marketing plan development (15%)

- Interface with DIV marketing (brand & IMC) to ensure and maintain up-to-date marketing resource banking which are beneficial to all IC customers

- Conduct regular communication with IC key account team on DIV marketing campaign & brand strategy

Manage agent to provide best marketing service to IC key account teams (5%)

- Manage & maintain agent pool to provide best marketing service to IC key account teams (including creative, design and execution agent)

- Establish professional working relationships with agencies and key third parties

Knowledge & Experience:

- 5-7 years of trade marketing or brand or IMC knowledge & experience in FMCG industry

- With IC key customer management experience is a plus

Education & Professional Qualification:

- Bachelor degree or above,

- 5-7 years of solid trade marketing development, or IMC experience is preferred

Language Requirements:

Good oral and written Mandarin & English

Travel Requirements: 50%
