HRIS Analyst - SanDisk - Shanghai


Job description

Creates and maintains HR system records in SAP, keeping employee records up to date

Processes employee transactions timely (hires, terms, LOAs, salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, manager, job and org changes, etc.)

Runs audit reports and audits the database to ensure accuracy and works with HRIS, HRBPs and managers on reducing data errors at the source

Audits employee files against HR database to ensure system integrity

Tracks workflow through MSS Portal, interfaces between SAP and relating systems.


Helps managers, employees, admins, HRBPs navigate through self-service portal


Maintains shared HR email box and respond to general email inquiries from shared HR mailbox

Other projects and responsibilities assigned on an as needed basis

Key attributes: 1. Ability to multi-task with sensitivity to time constraints 2. Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy 3. Facility for HR technology, databases and spreadsheets
