I'm in “Sales Department”
I am to offer insight on how LEGO business should be developed through via working with the key account channel- TRU in order to bring LEGO into the leadership / pioneer position of toys brand in this global Toy Retailing Chain channel.
Core Accountabilities
Responsible for setting and reaching sales and contribution targets for key account channel;
Budget responsible for sales budget - incl. Trade marketing costs;
Develop monthly reports on account and top store performance - including defining key operational monitoring and reporting variables;
Develop Key Account Trade marketing and activity plan at overall and store level. Include planning and executing store opening campaigns. Includes setting in.-store priorities;
Define and execute LEGO experience / store concept - based on assortment, layout, flow, pricing, service, campaigns and offers - look for optimization opportunities (experimentation allowed);
Make next year account plan including targets and key growth driver (3 year planning horizon);
Responsible for developing required tools and processes - require to manage a number of stores;
Define, map and monitor key store success criteria - location, traffic, conversion, basket size, etc.
Requirements
A university degree on Masters or similar level within business administration or marketing;
Substantial retail experience level - from retail store management or design side - ideally targeting kids;
Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese (minimum Mandarin);
Sophisticated user of Microsoft Office;
Strong knowledge of and track record within optimizing retailing experience - incl. Store, promotions, service;
Team player with ability to get things done through others - incl. partners;
Has understanding of consumer and purchase/shopper behavior as well as "category management";
Results oriented, structured, analytical and well organized;
Has strategic orientation - able to analyze customers and build future targets and action plan with clear focus and priorities;
Comfortable in public speaking - and a strong motivator;
Experience with working in international environment and different cultures;
Innovative and persistent - able to think and act outside standard solution;
Ready for 80+ days travel
