Job description DHL Global Mail has an exciting opportunity for an individual to take a lead role in expanding the service line for E-Commerce customers by adding integrated fulfillment and other related logistics services in China. With our significant parcel volume growth and wide customers base in China, we are seeking to further expand our E-Commerce value proposition globally with new core elements. As the lead fulfillment specialist, you will be integrated in a Global team and responsible to define the fulfillment product specifications for China, prepare the business case as well as revenue and profit objectives, and supporting the overall implementation of a fulfillment offering of maximum fit and value to DHL Global Mail customers. Evaluate China and international E-Commerce and fulfillment market to define ideal DGM offering and positioning Define all elements of the DHL Global Mail E-Commerce fulfillment product offering, including core fulfillment modules, value added services, and the required commercial strategies of these offerings Define the strategy for executing the target offering, including the key components to insource and where to leverage external parties Define and manage key IT elements of the fulfillment offering, from upstream merchant integration, order management systems, to appropriate warehouse management systems and tools Support with the optimal integration of the fulfillment offering with DHL Global Mail cross border and domestic parcel delivery products Manage all fulfillment related processes and SLAs with 3PL fulfillment providers Engage with Sales and customers to identify how business processes can be streamlined to enhance customer satisfaction Plan and conduct business reviews with Global E-Commerce Solutions leadership team on the relevant logistics components Identify strategic opportunities for DHL Global Mail to further expand the business including identifying potential new business areas Desired Skills and Experience Experience Five to ten years’ experience in Business development, Product Management or Operations of a domestic or international logistics company Two to three years of Experience in managing warehouse and fulfillment operations Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or other related degree required.
