Group Creative Director - NVIDIA - Shanghai


Job description
We are hiring a super talented Group Creative Director to lead our APAC creative team. You will continue to build up our in-house APAC creative team group. Is a super exciting opportunity for someone talented that wants to hire and continue to build up a multi-disciplined, international team and together with our head-quarters in-house creative agency, build up an amazing consumer and B2B brands.

You will hire and build up the regional team, consisting of copywriters, art directors, video producers and graphic designers; you will be responsible for developing and delivering awesome regional creative narratives, via digital and traditional touch points, across the entire customer journey. You will also be responsible for deciding how to localize global creative work, via straight forward localization, to trans-creation of ideas.

You will executive via our super talented and multi-disciplined internal creative studio, network of agencies, and freelancers. You will also train and oversee our network of regional supporting creative agencies. This position requires a solid mixed background in consumer marketing, and enterprise marketing, digital marketing, and design. The position reports directly to the Executive Creative Director in HQ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hire, inspire and coach a team to deliver world-class creative executions across multiple countries.
- Conceive original world-class creative executions across the entire customer journey.
- Together with agencies, drive creative localization and trans-creation process.
- Responsible for articulating and defending conceptual creative and ideas to executives.
- Drive the regional creative strategy for our consumer products and enterprise products.
- Direct all phases of creative work from concept development, through production.
- Maintain consistent creative quality and award winning work across the region.
- Provide Brand and visual identity training to our network of regional agencies and regional offices.
- Align with HQ, regional marketing and sales executives about priorities, messaging, and positioning.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years� experience in a creative leadership role
- Agency experience, or agency and corporate mixed experience (consumer and enterprise)
- Creative Experience with entire APAC region highly desired. Chinese market is mandatory.
- Fluent in English, and Mandarin, other languages a big plus.
- Consumer and/or consumer electronics experience are a big plus.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful consumer targeted creative executions across multiple channels.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful B2B creative executions across multiple channels.
- Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and know how to iterate projects towards perfection.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels including executives.
- People management experience
- A deep understanding of market trends and customer journeys.
- You understand both traditional and digital marketing channels, including retail.
- 30% travel is expected, both region and HQ for alignment.
