Job Description
Responsibilities:The China Supply Chain Manager will be charged with optimizing the Panduit China end-to-end Supply Chain to deliver sustained, world class performance and create opportunities for competitive advantage across China taking the organization to a new level in its supply chain management. This high visibility position will extend Panduit Supply Chain leadership from Panduit Suppliers, Manufacturing, and Logistics through distribution to the end customer. Success in this role will therefore present scope for taking on additional responsibilities. Such success will be largely dependent on the ability to build collaborative working relationships with the relevant USA-based Panduit corporate business process owners, local Enabling Process Owners, and with the China Global Sales and Marketing team.
- Achieve Key Performance Measures, with emphasis on Customer-Facing KPM’s. Optimize all supply chain KPM’s through daily monitoring, root cause analysis action plan development and subsequent follow-up.
- Customer Engagement and Account Management
- Panduit China Inventory Planning, Inventory Strategy and Distributor Inventory Strategy.In conjunction with the Panduit’s Global Supply Chain team and the China Global Sales and Marketing Team
- Logistics Models and Supply Chain Projects
- Optimize Overall Customer Fulfillment Process within the China Theatre. Act as functional lead to coordinate ongoing support activities for customer fulfillment processes, engaging process owners from Global Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, IT,
- Organizational Excellence and Local Business Responsibilities
Desired Skills & Experience
Requisitions:
- Degree qualified, preferably in supply chain, engineering, business or equivalent. Post Graduate business studies preferred.
- Minimum 5 years global company working experience.Strong working knowledge of the China Supply Chain, including Hong Kong and Taiwan
