Senior Product Manager – Counterfeit for sellers - Amazon - Beijing

Description:
The Product Manager will work on growing the Selling on Amazon business on Amazon China through focusing on continuous improvement of the buyer and seller experiences. He/she will continue to refine our seller product by identifying and executing on projects that optimize and simplify the seller experience and also identifying ways to improve the buying customer experience. The Product Manager will define business requirements, understand necessary changes in business policy or processes, and implement large scale changes to our systems. The scope will cover all of Amazon’s product lines.

Key responsibilities include:
Identify projects that can improve the buyer and sellers experiences on Amazon.cn, develop a project roadmap based on analysis of the impact of existing and new projects, and driving these projects to completion.
Partner with cross-functional partners in Beijing and other countries on completing buyer and seller projects.
Monitor competitive sales and fulfillment offerings.
Desired Skills and Experience
Basic Qualifications
At least 8 years’ experience in high-tech, retail or consulting in product or project management
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to turn ideas into detailed business requirements, and to effectively communicate those requirements
Ability to manage, prioritize and execute multiple projects
Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated capability to work in a cross-functional team environment
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
High proficiency in oral and written English
Bachelor Degree required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience of working in a multinational company with cross-culture teams
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical/engineering teams
Experience in risk is preferred
MBA is a plus
